5 easy steps to selling at Bee's Knees

You need to make an appointment to drop off your clothes.

To make the most of your deposit , we invite you to come with at least 10 items .
Below this number, the deposit is not optimal for either you or us, so feel free to bring a few more !

We accept women's fashion items , bags and accessories that meet the following criteria:

Items in excellent condition : washed, clean and free from stains, holes, tears or discoloration.

Items suitable for the current season .

Exclusions : fast fashion brands (Ardene, Garage, Forever 21, H&M, Zara).

A preliminary selection is made on-site, but during the evaluation of the clothing and the awarding of prizes, some items may be eliminated. It is therefore important to count your items carefully.

During your visit, we will ask you to complete the consignment form: Consignment Agreement

Each accepted article is subject to rigorous evaluation :

Quality control.
Appeal, rarity and trendiness.
Seasonal relevance.
Perceived value on the second-hand market.
Minor alterations if necessary (cleaning, sewing, finishing).

Some items can be discarded at this stage.

Pricing : Bee's Knees determines the deposit price and commission percentage . You then receive a detailed list of the prices set for your items.

👉 By making a deposit at Bee's Knees, you agree to all price changes during discount periods and sales that may apply in store.

$40.00 to $119.99 – 40%

$120.00 to $179.99 – 50%

$180.00 to $399.99 – 60%

$400.00 and up – 70%

On the 15th of each month, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to claim the balance of your sales from the previous month. You have 7 days to request your refund.

⚠️ If no response is received within this timeframe: your earnings will be carried over to the following month.

⚠️ After 3 months without news: a $20 fee is applied for the management, review and updating of your file.

If, when you deposited your items, you chose to collect your unsold items, a notification will be sent to you at the end of the sales period so that you can come and collect them.

⚠️ If the withdrawal is not made within the specified time, a $5 processing fee will be automatically deducted from your balance.

If, on the other hand, you prefer to donate them, we will take care of handing them over to our partner associations at the end of the period.

Sorting, preparing, and managing unsold items requires significant organization from our team. These fees help cover this work, and we thank you for your understanding.
